The fothermo 550 W solar heating element set with 800 W mains supply is the perfect solution to support your heating system in hot water preparation. This set is ideal for households of 1 – 4 people.
The PV modules connected to the switching device generate hot water efficiently and free of charge through the solar heating element. If excess electricity is available, it is fed into the power grid via an 800 W micro PV inverter.
Depending on the number of photovoltaic modules, electricity price and hot water consumption, the solar boiler generates around 75% of the hot water required from photovoltaic energy. Together with the surplus feed-in, you save up to €550 in electricity costs per year.
Since a maximum of 800 W is fed into the power grid via the micro PV inverter, the entire system counts as a simple balcony power plant. Commissioning takes place without any bureaucratic effort. All components are simply plugged together.
